An engineer is a person professionally engaged in a field of engineering. Engineers are concerned with developing economical and safe solution to practical problems, by applying mathematical and scientific knowledge while considering technical constraints. As such the work of engineers is the link between perceived needs of society and commercial application. Some considers this profession to be the link between Arts and Science.

India produces 400,000 technically trained graduates a year, but many are deficient in areas of specific technical skills, teamwork, and language. As the level of preparedness of young graduates' employability skills could affect their professional development, it is the responsibility of the educational institutions to collaborate with the employers (industry) to conceive and implement a programmer which would provide the students the necessary employability skills to aid them in their career aspirations.

Hypothesis regarding the above saying:

• Education does not provide the students with the necessary skills to help them make a smooth transition from college to work.
• Training improves the employability skills of the candidates.
• Industry and education collaboration promotes quality workforce.

The United State usually graduates more engineers than India and the Chinese numbers are misleading. On a per capita basis, the United State still has a strong need, as it graduate over 750 engineers per million, India graduates 200 hundred engineers per million and Chinese graduates 500 per million according to the recent study. But the most important thing is that a person perusing engineering is how much involved in engineering.

"Engineering is the streamer in which the student's nature might be veering like a river full of water in a constructive manners rather than destructive with a control over self."

Now a Day not only engineers but also all the students feel hack tick schedule because of disarranged programs involve in their good study.
